"I have to hope as much," he said, taking her hand when she moved hers to his. He looked to her, knowing that there was no guarantee he would survive in Hyper Space. He might be discovered and eliminated, after all. "I really do hope my body will be...good enough," he said, "Or will be able to be fixed, healed, whatever the best term to use would be. It's not something I look forward to, but it's something that I want to happen. I want to be free."

"Un," Midori said, nodding. Hope was good. There was always hope that something would get better. "Even if you're body wasn't up to your standards, you'd still be you, wouldn't you?" She asked, but, didn't really give him time to respond. "But, enough with the depressing talk. It doesn't suit you." She gave a tug on their joined hands, looking around the amusement park as she started to walk. It hadn't changed much in four years, but, she figured it probably - no, definitely - had in thirteen. Now... What to go on that would hopefully cheer him up some...

He gave a small smile, "Ok, sure," he said, "I'll drop it." He looked out at the rides ahead of them, "Go ahead and lead on, I'll go on whatever you want to, I don't care what we do," he told her. He really didn't. He just wanted to enjoy some rides, and to spend time with her. He was able to have a conversation with her easily enough, and he enjoyed it.

Midori nodded a little, looking around. She had never been a big fan of roller coasters , as she tended to get sick after, so that was out. And a lot of things had long lines. However, a smile worked its way on to her face as her eyes landed on the Ferris wheel. Although not a huge fan of heights, Midori had always liked the Ferris wheel. "This way," She said in a sing song voice, walking towards the short line, pulling Jin along with her.

He smiled a little, not letting himself get pulled along, but rather moving after her. He saw that her destination was the Ferris wheel, something he was fine with. It would be fun enough, an enjoyable enough ride for sure, "I like your taste."

"Thank you," She said, as they came to the short line for the ride. "My mum brought me to the Ferris wheel when I was younger; I practically refused to even come, but, she managed to get me on it. It's always been my favourite." She explained, looking up at the ride with a smile. "It was fun, until we got stuck at the top for like... twenty minutes." She said with a little laugh.

He smiled a bit, "The top doesn't sound like a good place to get stuck. Getting stuck at all doesn't seem good, but the top seems the worst," he said, "I never got stuck," he commented. "I guess I don't have any memories like that."
He smiled a little, giving her hand a squeeze, "I'll make some, I guess."

Midori smiled, agreeing with a nod. She was glad he was opening up a little. Even if he was physically stuck in Hyper Space, he was still here, with them. And they'd find a way to save him from the Hyper Space, that's what the Go-Buster's were going to do. Kazu-chan's mother was in there, and Sakurada-kun's parents. But, she shoved that away for later. No thinking of depressing, sad things right now, she thought as they came to the front of the line.

He walked through the line with her until they could get onto the ride. "The type of man I try to be as a Buster, and the man I am now," he told her, "They're different. Times like this, where I can be who I really am are...they're great. I put up who I am as a kind of...defensive side. Midori-chan...I'm glad we ran into each other here," he admitted.

Midori smiled softly, "Me too," She said as they got into the ferris wheel's two person car. "I think everyone is a little different outside of work, myself included. It's nice getting to see the real person behind the mask." She gave a little nod. Although at work, people knew she was a bit of a computer geek, that was mostly what they saw. And sure, it was true, but, most of the time when she wasn't working she was watching anime or something of the likes, and most people didn't know that. Not that most people cared, but, still.

As he sat in the car and the bar lowered for them, he looked to her and asked her a question, "So tell me then, what are you like outside of work, Midori-chan?" he asked, leaning forward a bit in the car as he looked at her, "Unless of course you don't want to tell me. I'd understand that," he said.

Midori just gave a little smile, "Mah... I guess you could say I'm an otaku?" She said, laughing a little, smiling. "Usually I watch anime on my days off. Try to get to concert if I have the chance and the money. I usually prefer keeping to myself, and it doesn't help that everyone else at work seems so much.... I dunno, better?" She tapped her lower lip thinking. "Or maybe I'm just still new?"

"I don't know if 'better' is the word to use," he said, "Are any of us better than the rest?" Sure, he was cocky, but right now that wasn't the point. He wasn't going to say he was better than the other Busters, like he believed he was, "No, Midori-chan. New, maybe. But no, they're not better than you," he said, taking up her hand, being the on to initiate it this time.

Midori smiled again, giving another smile. "I guess your right." she said, turning her head to him, smiling. "I'm not very good with people," She admitted. It was probably when always being told she wasn't good at anything in high school, which had also probably brought on her coming this far.

"You're doing fine with me," he told her, "But I'm probably not the best either. Red doesn't seem to like me," he said, referring to color rather than name out of habit, "But that doesn't matter too much to me. He's not someone who it matters to me about."
